Mr. Joseph represents clients in all areas of Matrimonial law both at the trial level and appeal. He has been involved in numerous high profile cases. One such high profile case was Bridget M. v. John A, where Mr. Joseph was lead counsel with Thomas Shanahan representing Bridget Marks, a published author, actress and former Playboy model. Ms. Marks lost custody of her twin daughters in the Family Court. Mr. Joseph did not represent Ms. Marks at the trial in Family Court. Mr. Joseph and Mr. Shanahan represented Ms. Marks on the appeal and prevailed, with the result that the children were returned to the custody of Ms. Marks. 16 A.D.3d 324, 791 N.Y.S.2d 421 (1st Dept. 2005) leave to appeal denied 5 N.Y.3d 710. Mr. Joseph has successfully represented numerous clients alleged to have alienated the children from the other parent. Mr. Joseph has an expertise in this area as well as all custody matters and divorce proceedings.

Mr. Kliegerman is a highly regarded New York City criminal defense attorney and has represented clients in all areas of criminal law both in Federal Court and State Courts, at the trial level and appeal. Mr. Kliegerman has served as counsel for the Sergeants Benevolents’ Association, Police Benevolents’ Association, Uniformed Firefighters’ Association, and Deputy Sheriffs’ Association. He has represented clients in various jurisdictions including New York, Illinois, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Louisiana. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard G. Denzer.

Mr. Kliegerman has served as defense counsel in numerous high profile criminal cases. He has tried in excess of 150 criminal cases from homicides to drunk driving, federal conspiracy cases, racketeering cases, and sexual offenders.
