Ms. Banker graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1995 and earned a Bachelors of Arts in Political Sciences with emphasis in International Relations.

Ms. Banker graduated from the University of Denver Collage of Law in Colorado where she practiced law for two years in estate planning and elder law prior to moving to Arizona.

Ms. Banker is President of the AZ chapter of NAELA. Prior to serving as President, Ms. Banker served as a director on the board for two years.

Ms. Banker is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and Maricopa County Bar Association.
