Since 1993 in America, Harold Yaritz, the founder of AYN Builders Inc. owned a carpentry business in Germany. At the age of 23 he took his apprenticeship and earned after more schooling his master degree in carpentry.

But not only education has lead him to his passion for building. At the age of 5 he was hung into the closet by his trousers by a painter because he could not stop asking questions or taking off with a tool from this mans work belt. Harold worked from the age of 13 on the side of masters of other trades, as tile layers, masons, painters, electrician & plumbers only to name a few. With 18 he became a caretaker of several houses and maintained these with all necessary repairs of all trades. Then with 21 he discovered his passion for wood, what lead to the decision to direct his schooling and future company goal to.
