My daughter purchased a top from this store. The label read hand wash cold water, hang to dry. After the first time washed we noticed a six inch area of defective fabric with raised bumpy fibers. She requested either an exchange or store credit due to this defect. The sales lady refused stating it must be the fabric.OBVIOUSLY, thats why she was returning this top. The sales lady refused to give her any type of refund even though its an obvious defect.
