Terrible!!!

same issue! I have used this company several times before, I updated all my information, got a confirmation email of my order and everything and then logged back in this week and there is no trace of them anywere... its like they have been erased from the internet!!!! Not sure how that is possible, but they don't exist, phone just goes to rotary clicks and their site, facebook, twitter and youtube accts are gone!!! *** for me and my client!!!!

Horrible

This company makes good albums, but they will not answer my emails and their phone number does not work! I have 3 orders into them and have paid over $3500 to them. The albums are late and I cannot get in touch with them at all. The last I heard from them they emailed me once to say one of the albums was mailed out, but it was sent to my old address because they never replied to my address change. Now that $1200 album is lost! And they still have not contacted me. Do not use this company!
