"Excellent Job"

This shop is worth its weight in gold. I took my d16z6 down there I took my pistons/rods/crank down there and they took care of all the clearance issues. As far as looks I couldn't tell just by first glance that he did anything but everything is perfect. It's so clean. He definitely knows what he's doing. He will be getting all of my business and will recommend to anybody that needs motor work I wish I could give 10 stars

In 1974 Mac Davis was teaching Auto Mechanics at the Lancaster
County Vocational School. He left to open his own Auto Service Center in White Stone and shortly after started building a new facility next door. We are now in our 39th year!
In 1980 he opened the new facilty and hired a larger staff of mechanics. We started our machine shop in the auto shop offering resurfacing of warped cylinder heads. Quickly the word spread "Macs can resurface heads". Mac realized there was a need for a local machine shop. The closest one was a 50 minute drive. Mac then purchased his fathers hardware store building, added an addition along with remodeling, advertized for a machinist and the business took off. Over the next 27 years Mac along with his hard working staff grew both the auto repair business and the machine shop. Over these years he added 4 more service bays in the auto shop and added another addition to the machine shop. Mac attributes the success do to giving customers the service they want and expect, and good employees, hard work and long hours. Over the years Mac would realized a dedicated smaller number of good employess that take pride in their work can produce as much as a larger staff.

Mac's Auto World is constantly purchasing new machinery, and technology, and continuing education to keep up with the fast changing world of the automotive industry. You know the old slogan "You snooze and you loose"

Certifications

1) Routine Service

Change Oil & Filter. Install 5w30 or 5w20 Synthetic Blend

House Oil, Or Mobil One, Castrol in desired weight sightly higher. Check underhood fluids and belts. Check Tire Pressures.

2) Disc Brake Service

Replace Front, Rear, or both brakes,Machine Disc Rotors
,install Ceramic brake pads or Semi-metalic,clean rust and dirt from brake componets & install brake lube.

3) Waterpump Replacement

4) Timing Belt Job

Replace Timing belt & Tensioner, idler & gas tensioner (if equipt). Replace waterpump if driven by timing belt. (replace antifreeze if pump is replaced) Check serpintine drive belts and replace if needed.

5) Valve Job

Remove cylinder head(s) send to our machine shop for inspection. Grind valves & seats. Replace guides & seats as needed. Replace valves if needed. Optional pressure testing and resurfacing depending on condition of heads
and if overheating occured
