On 5-27-15, I took my barrels out. Later I obs the rubbish truck stop, and the driver get out. Later, I went to retrieve the barrels, and found the green barrel was still full. I noticed a green city paper indicating that the barrels should be 3 feet away from the barrels. I have no control on how close they park their cars. The driver was already on the street, but didn't do anything to empty the barrels. This is poor work. The city counsel will hear about it.
