He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. He had been in practice since 1983 in northern New Jersey where he provided a broad range of cardiovascular services. 1) In Office Cardiovascular Services
Echocardiogram, Stress Echocardiogram, EKG, Carotid ultrasound, peripheral vascular arterial ultrasound, venous ultrasound, abdominal aorta ultrasound, Exercise Stress Testing, EKG's and long term EKG monitoring, Venous Digital Plethismography and laser treatment of varicose veins.
2) Hospital Cardiovascular Services
Dr. Coletti has extensive experience in performing cardiac catheterization, coronary angioplasty, coronary stent placement and treatment of arterial disease including peripheral angiograms, angioplasty, stent placement and atherectomy.
3) Varicose Vein Treatment
EVLT EndoVenous Laser Treatment is performed in the office for closure of symptomatic large varicose veins. This procedure is usually covered by insurance for individuals who can demonstrate prolonged leg symptoms of discomfort, swelling or skin changes from leaky varicose veins. The procedure is primarily designed for treatment of the greater saphenous vein.
4) Cmecd
Dr. Coletti became interested in this area after suffering for decades from low back pain associated with his work. He has done clinical research and has been published in a notable peer reviewed journal "Muscle & Nerve" and has presented his work at meetings of the American Society of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. His novel treatment, CMECD, involves muscular injection while measuring the electrical impulses in the muscle to stop the chronic spasm. The treatment is covered by Medicare and many of the other insurance carriers. Typically one or two injections is all that is needed for long term relief even if spasm and pain has been present for many years. Kathleen Coletti, DSW, LCSW has joined Interventional Health, P.A. to provide a broad range of psychotherapy services. Dr. Coletti has provided psychotherapy services in northern New Jersey for the past 30 years. She has experience treating a broad range of adults presenting with a variety of challenges and needs some of which would include coping with health issues, issues of life transitions, caregiver stress, career and relational difficulties, parenting, bereavement and loss. After spending way too much time on my iPad using a stylus, I thought I had developed carpal tunnel syndrome when I experienced significant discomfort in my dominant arm and hand. I was unable to grasp a utensil due to the pain. I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Coletti very quickly. He was able to determine that it was not a problem with carpal tunnel syndrome but my symptoms were due to muscle spasms. As a registered nurse, I was very interested in observing how he documented my muscle spasms and injected them. His explanation was very thorough and easy to understand. Following the injections, I experienced relief very quickly. I have been totally symptom-free as a result of his excellent treatment and care.

I have been suffering with Sciatica for some time. Constant pain - especially when trying to sleep. Dr. Coletti provided me with an injection and within a short time, the pain and discomfort have disappeared. In fact, I have had restful, uninterrupted sleep since the injection. I have been able to avoid taking oral main meds since the injection. Thank you Dr. Coletti for your care. I am very grateful.
