Rent from this company at your peril. If you do so, take photographs of everything inside and use a newspaper which shows the date. They took almost all of our deposit when we moved for damages done by previous tenants, and I suspect they will do the same again with the next tenants. They refuse to do anything when you complain about noisy neighbors, instead saying they will speak with them, and nothing ever gets done.
