We have had george clean our chimney for years. Was always a little rude but we put up with it. this year he decides to refuse service. His explanation was that the Woodstove is old and we need a new one. It wasn't installed properly he says. Never before has he said this. he was rude to my wife. This company is to be avoided. Even if it does need repair be courteous. There are too many business out there. No need to feel like you did something wrong.
