What was stated in the previous review, is a very twisted version of what actually happened. These folks have been in business for 70+ years for a reason. It isn't by luck, and they didn't last that long by ruining rugs.

Horrible Company
My deceased Mothers large braided rug (made by her) was brought to these people Oct 2014 for cleaning. Rug laid out and inspected. No stains. Rug picked up rolled in paper, unrolled in my daughters home as a gift, rug had a 2+ foot red through and through stain. Ruined. Company contacted with polite letter and photo, no response over a month later. They knew they had ruined our rug, but returned it wrapped with no comment. Terrible owner & business.
