Complete lack of customer service from the company's owner Gary Dewees. Tried multiple times over the period of weeks to contact Gary to discuss the problems we faced with no response. He showed up only to take money from my wife while I was away at work. Found a broken bird bath in our backyard, broken stone paver, and ruts in the ground from machinery where ground wasn't properly covered. Very disappointing and will be communicating our experience to all so that no one else experiences the same misfortune.
