We went to Dr Cates for a condition that our daughter has. When we got to the office of Dr Cates it was incredibly clear she had no idea of what this condition was or what to say. This would be fine but we told her office before hand what we were coming In for and they said to come in. Dr cates proceeded to do a search on her phone in front of us and just read what she found. It was insulting to be honest. The worst part is she had the courage to charge us full price for reading us her web search results.
