Ordered their carnauba wax and gold package. When I got it back I noticed the bottom passenger bumper and was hoping it was only left over residue from the wax. Unfortunately it wasn't. Looks like they scraped it while taking it out of the of the driveway to go get it waxed. Spoke with the owner we saw the video which was low resolution but most of the other cameras were HD. Owner claimed that because you could see the shadow it didn't touch that is irrelevant. The owner denied liability.
