Mission Statement
Marc H. Richman, Sc.D., P.E. started this consulting & forensic engineering practice in 1957 while an Instructor at M.I.T. Apart from active duty in the Ordnance Corps, Dr. Richman continued his practice while a Professor of Engineering at Brown University where he taught for 36 years and where he is now Professor Emeritus of Engineering and more recently while teaching part-time at University of Massachusetts/Dartmouth where he is teaching courses in Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. Richman's goal is to distill the complicated and lengthy technical and scientific jargon into readily comprehensible language to educate fully attorneys and ultimately jurors in each case. In this way, the preparation for trial and court testimony which the firm provides is often pivotal in both civil and criminal bench and jury trials.
