If you are not familiar with me I worked at a wood chipper and grinder manufacture for 16 years. The last 7 years were as the North Eastern Regional Sales Manager. C Nelson Equipment Auctions is now taking consignments for online construction equipment, agricultural equipment, trucks, and trailer auctions! C Nelson Equipment Auctions is devoted to providing customers the low hassle, low rate auctions you deserve. Traditional auctions will charge you 10-12%, have you pay for the shipping of the item to their location, and will charge you fees for inspections, paint, etc. Now you have a cheaper alternative with C Nelson Equipment Auctions that will get you top auction results! We've eliminated the need for you to transport your machine to an auction with our online auction process.


The Auction Process

Give C Nelson Equipment Auctions a call to inquire about specific details regarding the auction process for you. All that is needed are photos/videos of the item, specs, and an inspection report. We can help with all of these. Then, the item gets published on our auction site for a month. During this time your item is displayed and advertised in the Auction Time publication, as well as with Machinery Trader, Truck Paper, and Tractor House. The item is then auctioned off with bids from our site and from auctiontime.com. After the sale, we handle all payments and transactions.


Consignment Rules

All items will be charged a flat rate of $250 to get the item listed to help cover our up-front costs. Once the item is auctioned, a commission of 5% will be charged. These fees allow you to sell your machine for less than half of what traditional auctioneers will charge, all while making it very easy for you.


Terms of the Auction

For all bidders: All items are being sold as is-where is with no guarantees expressed or implied. We encourage you to come inspect the machine or call with any questions. We are more than happy to assist with answering any questions you might have. All shipping and additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For all sellers: Once the item is listed online it will be auctioned off and cannot be sold outside of the auction. The initial fee and commission will be deducted from the sales price.
