1) Audiological Hearing Tests
We use the most up to date equipment to give us the most information about your hearing loss.
2) Video Otoscope
Our Video Otoscope allows us excellent sight into our clients outer ear allowing us to access the condition and health of the ear canal, skin, eardrum and earwax. With our large computer screen our clients are able to see what we see.
3) Sound Room
We test hearing in a large sound room giving us excellent acoustics for precise results while being large enough to feel comfortable for our clients suffering from claustrophobia.
4) Hearing Aid Repairs
While some hearing aids need to be sent to the factory for repair many can be repaired in house. Ninety percent of dead or weak hearing aids have wax or skin debris clogging the tubing or microphone.
We also use a local all make repair shop for older hearing aids needing parts replaced.
5) Refitting Hearing Aids
When people are unhappy with their new hearing aids it is not normally the hearing aids fault and it's not the clients fault. The fault lies with poor testing, fitting and counseling skills. Bring us your latest hearing test and your hearing aids and we will refit them for a small fee.
