Individual session are 50 minutes long, and held by phone or, locally, in person.

As we work together, I help you hone in on the core dynamics underlying the challenges you’re facing. Through a variety of tools and processes, we shift these unhelpful patterns. In their place we develop a strong healthy framework that supports your true identity; allowing you to take effective action steps into a life that reflects the best of who you are.

We work together with the horses in unmounted sessions, combining Life Coaching processes with experiential Equine Assisted work.

They also reach places in our hearts that talking alone isn't able to touch...
This powerful, hands on approach to personal growth and change, allows you to play with and embody the new insights you're experiencing... in a safe, fun, and uniquely effective way!

Corporate Equine Assisted Workshops take your team out of their usual setting, and into a unique environment where they can discover solutions, insights, and more effective ways of interacting.

5) Natural Horsemanship Lessons

My lesson program incorporates far more than just riding. I teach Natural Horsemanship skills as a base for interacting with the horses.

The focus is on relationship... helping you learn how to build and maintain a positive relationship with the horse - based on mutual trust, respect, and communication.

Fear and uncertainty are replaced with understanding and confidence, making the process both fun and rewarding!

You learn how to work with a horse online, at liberty, and under saddle; developing the necessary skills and awareness to communicate effectively with horses... learning their language and being able to speak it so they can understand you.
