Kim performed my laser skin tightening procedure. Immediately after, I told her my face felt like it was burning. She placed ice packs on my face for a half hour and had me purchase cream to apply. I stayed home for 3 days from work while icing and adding cream every hour. Blisters had formed on my face. When I called she said that doesn't happen if I would add cream. Just an excuse statement for burning my skin. Thank goodness no permanent damage. Had treatments in other city and great experience, but horrible here.
