I have a home service warranty. My AC broke and they referred me to 2 other companies first. One refused to take the call, the other said it would take 2 days. My house was 81 degrees! Long Lane sent John out and he had my AC up and running in 2 hours from the time they were contacted. Fast, efficient, polite, clean service. I'd call them again in a minute!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Worst service I have got in my entire life. 2 guys came for water leakage. They didn't even locate the damage, they just said pipe is frozen and home warranty doesn't cover (they were in a rush to get their $100 and leave). They never told me what the problem was. Customer manager Bill was hostile and arrogant on the phone when I called him about it.
