We paid LTD $290 to rebuild our carb, which they said would fix our power issue. The first trip out the boat broke down! We took it to another mech, and he said our carb needed to be rebuilt. I called LTD and they said mail it back and they would rebuild it. I was NOT going to send them our carb to rebuild when they said they did, accepted my payment, and clearly did not rebuild it. I asked for a refund - Michelle refused to give us our money back saying she wanted a chance to rebuild it again. They basically stole $290 from us.

I wouldn't recommend LTD to Satan!
We’re disgusted with LTD Motors. They repaired our boat 3x and its way worse! Mike said our boat would be 100%. It broke down in less than 10 minutes! Michelle has been caught in numerous lies. We paid $1,900 for service and carb rebuild and our boat smoked & has no power. My new mech says carb needs to be rebuilt – we just paid LTD to do that & they did not. We demanded our money back, and Michelle refused, said they will rebuild it this time. They have stolen $290 from me!
