Placed an order on Feb 12th for three items on priority shipping. They sent me two tracking numbers which were wrong and a run around with customer service. After 3 months; I called Fedex and we figured out the tracking number, I received the item on May 17th. It turned out that it had the wrong name and wrong address and economy shipping as opposed to priority I paid for 3 mths ago. It was one item that I never order and value appeared to be about $10. Outstanding Service
I had a good experience with this company. I had a wedding to attend and needed my items overnighted. My dress was $375 in total with shipping. I received my dress in time for the wedding it was beautiful. I will shop here again soon.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been awaiting delivery for over 3 months now. Part 1 of the delivery was sent which only contained 2 items out of 9 items ordered. As expected the 2 delivered items are the cheapest of the lot. The company has claimed that the items have been delivered, but the tracking number (USPS - LC573557439US) issued to me shows that the items are not delivered.

Bad business
This company is absolutely bad business. Never everrrr received my dress which was $350.00 and i ended paying another $75 fro second day air request because i need my dress immediately for a special event! She offered to refund my money and never refunded it, she kept claiming she did, but never did. Then she stopped emailing me. I was courteous about everything to this lady, even when she had a death in her family. I hate this company. And i will most highly recommend people to never buy or shop with these people.
