Dr. Scott Hussey was born and raised in the St. Louis area. While attending Fort Zumwalt North H.S. he decided to pursue a career in Optometry. He then went on to obtain a bachelors degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia and his doctorate at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN.

1) Eye Examination
Take a thorough medical and ocular history, measure visual acuities, and also measure for refractive error or the need for glasses and/or contact lenses. Then check the health of the eye, looking for any disease, ocular or systemic.
2) Fit For Glasses And/or Contact Lenses
Help the patient choose a frame that fits and looks great on them. Help them choose the right type of lens and coatings.
Recommend the best contact lens that will provide excellent vision as well as maintain the good health of the eye.
3) Glaucoma Testing
Using state of the art technology, we can detect small changes in the optic nerve that may cause a patient to lose vision.
4) Diabetic Eye Exam
We will look inside of the eye and can also take pictures to show the patient to see if there are any changes that can cause vision loss due to diabetes.
