1) One On One Manual Physical Therapy

Our therapists focus on healing and preventing re-injury by sharing knowledge and educating our patients about the anatomy and physiology related to their daily activities.

We combine traditional physical therapy treatments and exercise with other alignment focused exercise and movement systems such as pilates according to our patients needs.

Our focus is on manual therapy and educating the body via exercise for optimal and energy efficient movement; as well as targeting the dysfunction while simultaneously treating and decreasing the symptoms.
We use various manual techniques that include Trigger point and myofascial technique, deep tissue massage, cross friction massage, contract-relax, muscle energy techniques, strain-counterstrain, joint mobilization

We believe in one-on-one sessions in which the therapist and the patient interact in every visit

2) Pilates For Rehabiliation

The therapist and the pilates instructor will develop a specific exercise plan tailored specifically to our client. Each client will have their own exercise routine.
We use assistance/resistance from springs and train the core as the center of gravity for the body to be firm and stable.

3) Kinesio Taping

A new method of taping that can be used at any stage in almost any injury (recent or chronic).

Kinesio taping uses light weight elastic therapeutic tape that mimics qualities of the human skin. This tape is latex free allowing its use on virtually all patients without any allergic reaction.

Its been adopted and used by well known athletes, because it enhances muscle performance and prevents further injury and fatigue. It does not limit movement and allows correct movement in injured areas.

It is now used by many therapists and doctors in all individuals, weather competitive athletes or not.
* The positioning of the tape as well as the tension given while applying the tape will yield different results. Knowledge of human anatomy and training on tape application is crucial to taping success.

* Our therapists have trained with the Kinesio Taping Association International.
