This company installed the tankless hot water heater on our new home so I called them when it started leaking down the wall and all over the garage. I spoke with Bernie and provided the brand/model and a description of the problem. At no point over the phone did he ever mention that he only installs the unit but does not work on them. He drove out to tell me this and charged us $85. for a "service call" performing no work and only providing a phone number to a company that did work on these.
