Sweetwater Living is a great combination of facility based care as well as home and community based services for senior adults and individuals with developmental disabilities. We are a care facility dedicated to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, quality care, and furnishing an enjoyable atmosphere with activities designed to improve the quality of life for residents and those in the community whom we serve. We will maintain a professional clinical work environment that respects diversity, ideas, and hard work. .'Sweetwater Living provides a wide range of services for senior adults, adults with developmental disabilities and children with developmental disabilities. The main campus includes a 10 bed assisted living facility and four 2-bedroom cottages designed for semi-independent senior living or supported living services for adults with developmental disabilities. In addition to the campus based services, Sweetwater Living is licensed to provide home and community based services through Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities (DMHDD), CHOICES, and as a Personal Services and Supports Agency (PSSA).
