What a slumlord, what a dump! then I looked on the internet and found that the reviews are all terrible! I also looked on the internet and found that the company and owner is constantly in court for violations, citations, township orders, leaking roofs, leaking plumbing, leaking sewers, you name it. Non working appliances, violations of fair practices, withholding deposits, EPA lawsuits for lead based paint! you name it, what a trashy company.... do not rent one of these dumps, just look for yourself...
