Shoddy, incompetent, and corrupt come to mind when I think of these people. They did not abide by the contract because they repeatedly performed work on my property without my written consent, which the contract mandates. They lumped a bunch of miscellaneous work together to make it seem legitimate. I fired them after 2 months, but I wish that I never worked with them.
