Being a loyal customer for over 8 years, I went back even though the ownership changed. The new owners have no customer service skills. Had to get my pedi completely redone. My nails have lumps in them and the nail polish job looks like a 2 year old did it. I did tell them I didn't like how it looks and they went into a tirade. Sorry but if I'm paying over $100.00 for all the services I had done I expect a decent job. Never Again!
