They didn’t treat customers as though every one of us was trying to hoard them. Truly grateful for their help! It was a great new place to go after a co worker suggested to call them . Will be going back!

I started TRS POOLS back in 1984 as a service / installation company while attending college for mechanical engineering. Starting out with a $950.00 GMC primer gray van...working long hours, reasonable prices and very satisfied customers I decided to build a Retail store at my present location 1930 Sweden Walker Rd. in Hilton N.Y. back in 1993.
In 2001 Liability insurance got so high I stopped doing service work and stayed with my retail store. Today....over 35 years in business,
I am one of the oldest.... Swimming Pool Supply stores in the area that hasn't been sold to a new owner or has been turned over to a family member.
I sell Swimming Pool Supplies, Above Ground Pools, Chemicals, Pumps, Filters, Toys, Games, Liners, Solar Covers, Refill Motor Homes and Propane Tanks....Computerized Water testing for pools/spas.
I rebuild swimming pool pump motors for the fraction of the price of a new one!

Todd can fix anything & goes above & beyond to get your pool / spa back up & running until parts came in. He even found time to do a follow up call to double check & make certain we were all good. Thx . We would recommend TRS to any one. Great Customer service.

I'd been trying to find someone to replace my above ground pool liner for 6 weeks. I sent TRS Pools a message and received an immediate reply from Todd, who gave me the name of his former installer. I called that person and by 915 AM the next day, my pool was lined and 1/4 full of water. Thank you Todd for your suggestion and service; thank you Tom Grossman for such a responsive, quality repair job; thank you Eric "Waterman" Maxon for fitting me in for a water delivery.

After shocking the pool the night before, when it wasn't sparkling in the morning July 4th I called TRS (we've been going there since their oprning,) and the recording said it would be closed for the holiday....perfectly understandable. Half an hour later I received a call from Todd (the owner) who saw my number on the caller ID and wanted to let me know that he would be open for a few hours if I needed anything. Who does that?? Knowledgeable and superior customer service!!!

We wanted to bring in a water sample on July 4th, a recording said trs would be closed for the holiday. Todd decided to open for a few hours and called my number back to let me know he would be there for a few hours if we needed something. What customer service!!!

Had some winter damage to our 1.5 year old pool upon opening - not warranty related. Todd dug through his stock and found me just the replacement parts I needed and sold them to me for a very fair price that beat the on-line price easily. Very much appreciated his service.
