Went to Toomey's office for a REPAIR of a filling he had recently done. Unbeknownst to me he added a procedure that added $1546 to my bill. That was over a year ago. He refuses to refund my money unless I sign a release of all claims and agree to not share my experience with anyone else, ever! A very mediocre dentist at best.
