Back of my chair broke causing me to fall through it. Tycon sent tech to “fix” it. Within a week of "repairs," fell through again. Called Fri saying I need emergency repairs. Said they’d discuss it in their Mon morning mtg. Called me back saying they couldn't get out until Thurs. Fell thru chair again Wed. Tech came Thurs. Blamed it on me, the paraplegic who relies on the chair. Then said he "doesn't sh** parts" and couldn't fix it today. I fired him. The incompetence of Tycon is mind boggling. That they get away with it is criminal.
