US POST OFFICE - Afton, MN 55001

poor delivery

We had an important box coming, ordered it 2 day delivery. Tracking said it was in route for 2 days with Afton USPS, then the tracker said Afton USPS left in the lock box of our housing development. Nope. no key, no delivery, no answers to calls and the number listed online goes to fax line. A week after it was to be here we are still waiting- this happens all the time. Why do we pay for expedited delivery if our post office can't follow through?

poor service

I had large boxes of items for a business delivered 2 day mail that needed to stay refrigerated with USPS..6 days later I found a box with warm ice packs and ruined items. It's Monday, so my guess it sat in their office all weekend, then they left it in a mailbox in 70degree weather. Hundreds of dollars wasted. Why pay fir 2 day delivery if USPS can't actually do it?! Afton post office needs new management

Seriously

Disappointing when we pay for 1 or 2 day delivery by the USPS and the Afton post office just leaves you a card in your mailbox to pick up at the post office. Doesn't even bother to try the house! Please make an effort!!
