I would sincerely recommend you seeking a qualified plumbing contractor instead of spending your hard earned money with this company. They were sent out to my property for a service call. They spent 20 minutes at the home. When I opened the valve water continued to spray because of a leak that they did not fix. This company is concerned with quantity over quality and is not credible. No integrity, and poor workmanship.

Please stay away
Very Very bad experience, staff was extremely rude and they charged me for services that I don't need and claimed it was part of the state code. Prices were extremely inflated basically 4 x retail. I cannot believe that HWA would work with a vendor like Waldorf Plumbing. I am a fan of SMB but these guys have no shame and honestly I consider what they are doing to their customers very disgraceful.

Horrible!!!
Uninformed diagnosis and repair which caused secondary damage that Waldorf is not taking accountability for. Avoiding calls & messages. Tried to bilk HWA & myself into services not needed!

Bad plumbing/Worse Customer Service
Waldorf Plumbing was sub-contracted by my warranty company to fix a leak. They didn't resolve my issue. After contacting the warranty company, another company was sent out. This company said that Waldorf Plumbing made my plumbing issue worse and reported this to the warranty company. Waldorf then angrily contacted me and said that I was trying to get over. I am not a plumber, how would I have known they screwed up. They are rude and unprofessional.
