I bought a washing machine from Sears on Jan 2014 and leased it thru Why Not Lease It. It no longer spins happened a few days before I paid it off. Didn't buy extended warranty because last washer lasted almost 15 years. For the last two weeks I've been calling Sears, Why Not Lease It, and even the store manager of the store I bought it from since everybody is telling me to call someone else. Nobody will help or even would ever send a tech out to see what was wrong. Would never use them again.
