AC Installation in Benton, Arkansas

We haven't had the pleasure of service yet as we had to cancel with plans to reschedule but the customer service was phenomenal. They have a tough job fielding calls and getting everything sorted. It is that time when they're probably being flooded with requests right now. So the fact they could get us in at all was amazing. It can be pretty chaotic so my hats off to you. Know your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

Indeed they are very prompt and well educated. Give them a call and ask for Russell when all else fails. Like the movie ghost busters, who you gonna call. I was impressed.

I called Robert for a quote, he showed up within 45 minutes of the call. My primary residence was upgraded, my father’s house has a new system, and I put a mini-split in my shop. Dependable, reliable, answers the phone, and Robert does what he says he will do. Great experience!!!!

At 8:00 pm the night before family was to arrive for overnight stay, discovered our a/c unit was not cooling. Call RKL 24hr number....within the hour Karla called and assured us they would take care of us the following day. Buddy showed up mid day and had us up and running again ready for our guests. Highly recommend

I just have to say that Robert & Karla are wonderful, Christian people and RKL is a great company with great employees. Due to my husband being off work after having amputation surgery and me recently being diagnosed with cancer, of course money was short. They were willing to work out a payment plan with us which most won't do. I sincerely recommend them.

I can not recommend these folks highly enough. A couple of years ago the were gracious enough to fixture some work that someone else did. It finish. Yesterday, on Sunday 8/4/2019, they came to work on our AC system. It was only 86 in our house when the technician got there. He had it repaired and got it cooling again for us. Great people and a great company. They have become our HVAC company of choice.

We recently discovered we had a coil leak. Called RKL immediately, they were the ones who had put our unit in originally. Was informed the part was under warranty and they came out the very next morning to change it out! We will never use anybody else! Highly recommend!
