I LOVE Eddie Hobbs!!! Even when they seemed slammed with customers, they always seem to have time for everyone that comes in for a service issue. They are fair and reasonable!!! Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Brought truck in for engine light warning. The team let me know that they were busy and it could be a couple days (rightfully so for the great service). They called me back within 24 hours of drop off, letting me know the issue and that it would be ready to go shortly after. The staff was organized, honest, and went above and beyond to explain the issue and how it was fixed. I highly recommend and will be back for all future car needs (all cars in the family).

It’s like taking your car to a best friend. Excellent service, good repairs at a fair price. Three times I’ve gotten my car back with “there is nothing wrong with your car” and no charge for it. Wow! My whole family take our cars to Eddie!

While trying to rescue feral kittens, one escaped from the box and ran under my steering column and then moved further in the dash near the vent. I called Eddie Hobbs Automotive and they told me to bring in the car. The guys were so nice! They had to take apart a lot of pieces to get to the kitten, but they finally got him out! Very thankful the guys were able to stop what they were doing to save the kitten!

I took my van in to get my air conditioner repaired a year ago and recieved awesome service. One year later and the system runs like it was just fixed yesterday.

If you are looking for the best, most knowledgeable, and above all the most honest shop. Look no further. I have been using these folks for a few years and they ALWAYS come to the rescue. A while back the A/C went out in my wife's car. A "friend" said it was the compressor. I took it to Eddie and $85.00 later the A/C was working fine. Don't go anywhere else any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took our Chevy truck to them for very specific work. Only part of the work was done, and poorly at that. They did work that wasn't authorized and ruined the A/C system. Power steering pump was bone dry, no fluid in it. Causing damage to a new steering gearbox. Was told pay the bill or we keep your truck. 800 bucks later and repairs have been done correctly. Including the air conditioning system they ruined. R134 runs at higher pressure than R12. Beware before using these liars and crooks.
