Inside Ovens and Refrigerators

Great Northern Cleaning offers complete cleaning of your oven and refrigerator interiors. If you would like to include this in your cleaning plan please contact us prior to your scheduled service so we can be sure to bring the required supplies and can adjust for the additional time.

Change Linens

We would be happy to include this service in your cleaning plan. We will make up beds and hang towels etc. when requested.

One-Time Cleaning Services

One-time cleanings include move-in/move-out, spring cleaning, seasonal property opening/closing or even a big event you have planned. All one-time cleaning services can be estimated. If additional time is needed, Great Northern Cleaning will contact you while our staff is on site. If you authorize the additional time, our staff will continue to clean and the price will be adjusted accordingly. We will not use additional time without your prior approval.

We strive to serve you with quality and professionalism, however if you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, simply contact us within 24 hours and we will happily return to re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied at no additional charge.

2) Rental Cleaning Service

Great Northern Cleaning provides maid services to rental properties. These services can be weekly, monthly or on-call as needed. On most rental property cleanings, we follow are our “Rentals Cleaning Checklist� found below. We can also custom tailor our rentals cleanings to your specific needs.



Great Northern Cleaning provides trained, uniformed, fully insured personnel. All necessary cleaning equipment and supplies.



The property owner at choice supplies paper products, liquid hand, dish, & laundry soaps, trash liners, etc. which we can disperse from a designated area.



If the property owner provides linens as part of the rental, we can wash them on premise if time allows. We also offer off-site laundering for an additional fee. There should be 2 complete sets available for all bedding and towels.

Window Washing

The staff of Great Northern cleaning has the talent and the expertise to handle all of your window cleaning needs. With over 30 years of experience cleaning around central NH, we know our stuff. We will make your windows sparkle, giving them that high definition clarity as though they were invisible. We offer a unique service to our clients that we do a spring/fall window cleaning.



During the fall cleaning we remove the screens and place them in a storage area of the house designated by the home owner. This affords outstanding clarity for the view from your window while also prolonging the life of your screens from harsh winter conditions. In the spring, we return to clean your windows, then clean and re-install your screens for warm weather use.
