Mission Statement

The Barry View Building owner is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker and represents himself as the Lessor. Commercial agents with clients are welcome! The office spaces that are available are all carpeted and centrally heated and cooled. There is a building engineer on site at The Barry View Building daily for your maintenance needs. The office building is offering Full Service leases -- meaning the tenant pays no additional charges for the office space. The price is $17.00 per square foot which includes daily cleaning and free parking. There are no common area maintenance (CAM) charges. Security deposits are required, and tenants moving into office spaces must carry a liability insurance policy with the owner listed as additionally insured. A 12-month lease is the minimum term. Most of our tenants have been here for years! Cooperating Brokers will be paid a commission commensurate with standard commission structure for the market and negotiated at the time of the lease. The Barry View Building - is a 22,000 square foot office with a serenely rustic and natural charm just minutes away from Kansas City's thriving downtown community. The building located 2 blocks south of Barry Road and I-29. The location offers excellent access to Kansas City International Airport which is only an 8 minute commute. The building is located in a commercial district offering a vast array of dining, banking, and hospitality options. The location is one block south of the Zona Rosa Shopping Center. Beautiful Lake Weatherby is located just two minutes west of the building.

Management - The building is professionally managed and well maintained. It is locally owned.

Parking - Parking is abundant on all sides of the building and the rear. Guest parking is reserved in front of the building for business operations.

Amenities - The building consists of 21 office suites on 3 floors. All of the spaces are carpeted, centrally cooled, and heated.
