One morning before I headed to work I ran downstairs to grab a shirt out of my laundry room only to find that my sewer line was once again clogged and backing up all over my floor. I have had the sewer line cleaned out several times in the last couple of years, but it never seemed to fix the problem. Last fall I also had the sewer line from my house to septic tank dug up and replaced only to find that the problem wasn't there either - which left one place - in the pipes under my foundation. I was given a referral for Washington Rooter Service & Excavating, being told that Corey Kern had the ability to inspect the sewer line with a camera. I was told that he was the best and definitely knew what he was looking at. So after I got to work that day I gave Corey Kern a call. He was at my house within a few hours ready to go. He found a damaaged joint in the sewer line where the roots were getting in and blocking everything from getting to the septic tank. He cut all the roots out that were currently there, located the bad joint marking the spot on the floor and telling me how far under the floor it was. I was very impressed with Corey's quick response and knowledge of what he was doing. He also took extra steps such as putting plastic down to cover the walls, floor, toilet, anything that might possibly get 'dirty' while he was cleaning the sewer line (my clean out is inside my house). I was also suprised at how fair his price was - I was expecting to pay ALOT more than I did. I would definitely recommend Washington Rooter Service to anyone. I know I will be calling him again.
