Business Description

Ravenswood Services, LLC has been in the business of dumpster rentals and rubbish removal since 1989. The name of the business is a tribute to my father who was collecting garbage as Ravenswood Farm of Lancaster, MA as far back as 1973. Rubbish removal is a family legacy of which I am proud. Having attended St. Bernard's High School in Fitchburg, MA and as a previous resident of Lancaster, Leominster and Westminster, we have a large customer base in those towns. Maybe you have seen our dumpsters around? We serve almost all of Worcester County. We would love to do business with you.

Our mission is to serve our customers in their waste removal needs with fair prices, dependable service, and honesty, while doing our part to protect the environment by hauling waste only to state-of-the-art recycling facilities. Ravenswood hauls all our containers to a state-of-the-art recycling facility where all debris is separated, processed, then recycled. You will not see our trucks at a landfill or a transfer station where waste is just reloaded onto trailers going to landfills. This drives our overhead up a little, but this cost is not passed on to our customers we take on this extra cost so that we can sleep better at night with a clean conscience. 1) Dumpster Rental

Ravenswood will rent you a temporary open top roll off dumpster for your spring cleaning, fall clean up, or estate clean out. Ravenswood will also rent you a roll-off container for your home improvement, demolition or roofing project. We rent to homeowners and contractors alike. Rent your next dumpster from Ravenswood Dumpster Rental for the best value at a reasonable price and extraordinary service.

2) Rentals & Pricing

10 cu. yd. open top container - $250.00* 8' wide x 3' tall x 12' long. This includes up to 1 ton of waste and up to 7 days on site.

12 cu. yd. open top container - $275.00* 8' wide x 3.5' tall x 12' long. This includes up to 1.25 ton of waste and up to seven days on site.

15 cu. yd. open top container - $350.00* 8' wide x 4' tall x 14' long. This includes up to 2 tons of waste and up to 7 days on site

20 cu. yd. open top container - $450.00* 8' wide x 5' tall x 16' long. This includes up to 3 tons of waste and up to 7 days on site.

Weight overage is billed at $100/ton (pro-rated). Time overage is billed at $10.00/day. There are no delivery or pick-up charges. No hidden fees or surcharges. The base rate includes all trucking.

The following items, if included in container, will result in an additional charge to dumpster rental, and must be loaded on last and on top, so as to be visible:
mattresses & boxsprings, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, televisions & monitors: $30.00 each; miscellaneous bulky items (Sofas and large pieces of furniture): $35.00 each;
tires and batteries: $10.00 each; propane tanks: $25.00 each

Yard Waste- must be 100% natural: grass clippings, leaves, branches, prunings, stumps, dirt, sod, etcâ€¦ Only $200 for a 10 cu.yd. container w/up to 5 ton.

Barn Waste/Manure - must be 100% natural: sawdust/shavings, hay and excess feed permissible. Only $200.00 for a 10 cu. yd. container w/up to 5 ton.

*The above prices apply to the areas serviced within an approximate half hour drive time of Clinton, MA. Call us for a dumpster rental quote outside of this area.

Other charges: Cancellation upon delivery/extension upon pick up: $50.00

Change of location of container while on site: $50.00
