Sherri Miller, M. ED., CCC-SLP, the founder of Speech & Language Resources, is a speech/language pathologist who began her career in 1976 working with language and learning disabled children and adolescents in the public school setting. Having received her Master's degree from Northeastern University in 1980, her experience has included working with adults after strokes and head injuries. She had provided workshops for home health agencies, educational staff and parents. In addition she had been a guest lecturer at Northeastern University and Worcester State College. She is a an active member in the Massachusetts Speech - Language - Hearing Association (MSHA). Her specialties include the development of programs for adolescents language - learning disabled students, treatment of aphasia and parent advocacy.
