I had scheduled an appointment with Lisa and when it came time for her to be at the location she texted saying she’d be there ten minutes late. I said ok. Then she texted again saying “I flaked and was deep cleaning my cats litter box and time got away from me, I hope I’m not making you late for anything my GPS says 8 mins away.” Now, this is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend her services. Unreliable and too busy cleaning her cats box. WEIRD.

Nothing nice to say
I was taught if I had nothing nice to say then not to say anything at all, but I also think it's fair to warn people to avoid working with those who may cause them problems. There are many options for service. I recommend looking elsewhere
