Pam has been my agent for many years. I had a problem with my doctor charging me for labs. Pam came over immediately the next day and did a 3 way call and fixed this. I can always count on her if something is wrong. I;m old and I need help sometimes. She is very nice to me every time I call and helps me.

I appreciated the expert help I received with my Medicare choices. I never go to the doctor and am on a tight budget but didn't want a HMO and no referrals. Ms. Steenhock showed me on a PPO that gives me back $104 dollars a month. I have Prescription drugs, Medical, a free gym membership, vision and dental in the plan. Confusion was just the tip of the iceberg for me. I was referred to Pam. She explained my options after she listened to me and my story. Since I’ve had cancer and must go to MD Andersen she put me on a great plan that lets me go anywhere. It is the G plan. I have a drug plan too.
