I received a cold call today from (919) 308-1248 to schedule a home visit. When I asked for last name & company calling from, he refused to provide me with anything more than his 1st name. Stated he worked for 30 different companies. I have never heard of an insurance agency without a name? This is SCARY to have strangers call you wanting to come to your house and refuse to verify themselves. I cant believe a legitimate agent would do refuse to document themselves for a cold call.
