New Homes Construction in Cincinnati, Ohio

I hired Tangram Construction to build a one story addition that would match the solarium on the opposite side of my 1928 vintage house. There were a lot of details to contend with: mansard roof line and parapet, moldings, windows and stucco facing. To say the match was perfect would be an understatement. It is impossible to see a difference between the solarium and the new addition. Inside the addition, Tangram designed and built a kitchen and family room that blends beauty with function, this time matching the interior details of the house.

We hired Tangram Construction in early 2008 to redo the kitchen in our newly purchased condo unit. It was a gut rehab job. All cabinets and applances and light fixtures were removed and replaced as well as reconsteruction of ceiling and walls. The workmanship was well done and the price quoted was the price paid except fpr changes we made after the work started. The work was completed within the contract time frame and our premises left clean. In our opinion, Tangram knew what they were doing. If we need more work on our condo unti, we would hire Tangram Construction.

As the former Facilities Manager for Bank One in Southwest, Ohio, Tangram Construction was my "preferred contractor". They were there when I needed them and they completed the work without delays. They have an outstanding stable of subcontractors. Tangram did it all! They erected drive-thrus, retrofitted buildings on the interior and exterior, and in some cases transformed drab old interiors to look new. I highly recommend Tangram Construction for any type of commercial construction.

We chose Tangram Construction to take on a very complex project at our house and they sailed through in great style. The addition is stunning. Their creativity and craftsmanship are outstanding. I might add that Tangram was the lowest bidder among three other contractors.

Tangram Construction has now completed three projects at our residence. They originally remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom, in which they completely redesigned both rooms. Their carpenters and subcontractors are exceptional in both their workmanship and the way they comport themselves on the job. The latest project which they undertook was to remove an outdated front porch and replaced it with an edifice that completely transformed the street appeal of our home. Their exceptional design skills once again came to the fore.
