Susan uses a holistic approach to my health. She can pinpoint what is not functioning well with my body and then suggest plant-based, natural enzymes, which I prefer to pharmaceuticals. She has helped me with digestion, heart palpitations, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Ever since I have had regular colonics, I have not gotten the flu viruses. I can't say enough!

1) Enzyme Nutrition, Diet And Digestion

Choosing the right foods for your specific health goals is the first step. We will determine which food groups you don't digest, and outline an eat-this, don't-eat-that Diet. If you have had issues with digestion for a long time, there will be other systems and organs that have been nutritionally challenged. We will define those with scientific tests and support them with enzyme rich supplements that empower the body's ability to nourish, detox and rebuild. Enzyme therapy is natural, scientific and has no side effects.

2) Colonics

I have practiced gentle colonic therapy on myself, friends and clients for over thirty five years. The process is private, clean and thorough with gravity fed, continuous feed equipment. Set aside your fears and you will feel the huge difference that a clean colon provides. You will absorb nutrients better, eliminate waste easier, and boost your immunity.

3) Infra-red Sauna

Infrared saunas heat your body using light waves, unlike traditional saunas that heat the air. They also produce sweat and increased circulation at lower temperatures, making it appeal to people who can't tolerate high heat. Generally, since the skin is your largest organ of elimination, and an infrared sauna can assist in detoxing and enhance your healing capacity.

4) Bio-impedance Analysis Testing

For more than 20 years, the BIA has been used clinically for accurate assessment of cell hydration, the quality of your cell walls, and your capacity for healing. We will see the results of our protocols and monitor your progress with this quick, comfortable scientific test.

5) Structural Support

Structural stress will manifest as many symptoms – such as restlessness, insomnia, inability to concentrate, frequent daydreaming, nightmares, and unresolved health problems. If chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic exercises don’t hold, it could be a mechanical problem such as fallen arches, Morton’s toe, or short leg syndrome.There are 30 bones in the leg. Twenty-six of those bones are in the feet. Many knee, hip, lower back problems are the result of poorly functioning feet. Changing the way the feet hit the ground has a beneficial effect on the structure of the whole body. We do this with orthotics.
