My air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the year. I called dads for an appointment. Expecting to suffer through some hot days they went out of their way to fit me in. They diagnosed the problem quickly but didn't have the replacement part and said they could go get and have me back up and running same day. They came back with the part even tho it was after hours and got my AC working again and my family slept comfortably. Thanks Mike and Dustin

Called Dad's to setup a furnace cleaning, made the appointment, and then they never showed up. I called inquiring what happened, and they said they made a mistake, apologized and we booked a second appointment with them insisting that they would be there. Mistakes happen, I understand, so I was fine with that. However, the second appointment time came, and nobody showed up again. This time, I called a different company.

I've had Dad's Heating and AC on a regular basis for 10 years for spring and fall maintenance along with adding heat and AC to a room addition. I've learned through experience that I can trust them to diagnose problems quickly and accurately and the repairs they've done for me have been solid and long-lasting. I've found them to be reliable and very fair to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dad's, and I've done so many times.
