showed up, didn't have part, had to go get it, turned off water pump, opened the outside faucet I guess to drain system. replaced part? and left. never turning on pump or shutting off the outside faucet which had been running for about half hour before I found it on and my back yard flooded and some coming in basement. Not my idea of a professional person. I wouldn't recommend them
