Response to Adam Crull's order dated 11-22-2010. He has received the door and it was installed on 2-18-11. The delay was a typo error about the measurements which needed to be confirmed. The measurements were fine . However, Echo didn't know the order was being held up..for 3 weeks...when Iron craftersa were told the measurements were correct and the doors were built and delivered on 2-16-11. a total of 7 weeks and 4 days. which included 5 days for shipping. I always tell my customers that the delivery is usually 5 to 6 weeks. I am very sorry for the delay .

Echo Penrose presented a reasonable looking contract, took our money, and promised an installation date thirty days later. Thirty days later, no doors and no Echo Penrose. No response to our phones calls and given email address rejected by AOL. Online review of business (Secretary of State, Nevada) showed their business license was, at different times, either 'permanently revoked' or 'expired' Only after I called her Realty Broker did Penrose call back; with a litnany of excuses and a refusal to return our money. This isn't over by a long shot.
